DR KROP: So the ones that are most noticeable are transient thrombocytopenia and transient elevations of liver function test, essentially just transaminases. Those are things that we notice as physicians are not things that patients notice. It does not tend to cause bleeding, and fairly severe hepatic dysfunction is extremely rare. So the patients notice very little in terms of toxicity. It’s not that different than trastuzumab alone.
