  This program is intended for medical oncologists, hematologists, hematology-oncology fellows and other allied healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of gastroesophageal and hepatobiliary cancers.
  
  LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Use patient- and disease-specific factors and patient preferences to personalize the selection of first- and later-line therapy for locally advanced or metastatic gastric, gastroesophageal junction (GEJ), esophageal and hepatobiliary cancers.
  • Describe published and emerging research with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies alone or in combination with other systemic therapies for the management of gastric, GEJ, esophageal and advanced hepatobiliary cancers, and optimally integrate strategies with these agents into treatment algorithms.
  • Recognize the molecular heterogeneity of gastric, GEJ, esophageal and hepatobiliary cancers, and appreciate the available data with and biologic rationale for exploiting documented molecular abnormalities in these diseases.
  • Establish an evidence-based approach to the selection and sequencing of available therapeutic options for progressive gastric, GEJ, esophageal and hepatobiliary cancers.
  • Recognize common and rare side effects associated with approved and investigational agents for gastric, GEJ, esophageal and hepatobiliary cancers, and apply this information to develop appropriate and effective disease management plans.
