  • TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is intended for medical oncologists, hematology-oncology fellows and other healthcare providers involved in the treatment of lymphoma.

    LEARNING OBJECTIVES

    • Appreciate the incidence of enhancer of EZH1/2 overexpression and mutations in follicular lymphoma (FL), and understand the rationale for therapeutically targeting EZH1/2 in patients with this disease.
    • Evaluate available efficacy and safety findings with EZH2 inhibitors for patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) FL, and assess the optimal placement of this form of therapy in the treatment algorithm.
    • Appreciate available clinical research findings with novel EZH1/2 inhibitors for patients with T-cell lymphoma, and consider the future role of this therapeutic strategy for patients with this disease.
    • Recognize the spectrum, frequency and severity of toxicities associated with approved and investigational EZH1/2 inhibitors, and implement strategies to educate patients and manage complications.
    • Recall the design of ongoing clinical trials evaluating EZH1/2 inhibitors alone and in combination with other therapeutic agents for R/R forms of lymphoma, and as appropriate, counsel patients about availability and participation.
