• TARGET AUDIENCE
  This program is intended for medical oncologists, hematologists, hematology-oncology fellows, radiation oncologists and other allied healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia and lymphoma.
  
  LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Individualize the selection and sequencing of systemic therapy for patients with newly diagnosed or relapsed/refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or lymphomas, considering patient- and disease-specific factors.
  • Understand published research data informing the selection, sequencing or combining of available therapeutic agents in the nonresearch care of patients with previously untreated or R/R CLL.
  • Recognize the mechanisms of action, efficacy and safety of approved and investigational bispecific antibodies in the treatment of R/R diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma (FL).
  • Assess available clinical trial findings supporting CD19-directed CAR (chimeric antigen receptor) T-cell therapy for R/R DLBCL, mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), FL and CLL, and counsel appropriately selected patients about the potential benefits of this strategy.
  • Incorporate available and emerging therapeutic strategies into the best-practice management of MCL and Hodgkin lymphoma.
  • Recall new data with agents and strategies currently under investigation for CLL and various lymphoma subtypes, and discuss ongoing trial opportunities with eligible patients.

  AMERICAN BOARD OF INTERNAL MEDICINE (ABIM) — MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATION (MOC)
  Successful completion of these CME activities, which includes participation in the evaluation components and short post-tests, enables the participant to earn up to 1 (audio), 0.75 (video) and 1.25 (lecture) Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for each activity.
