    • Assess the biologic rationale for and available clinical trial data with trastuzumab deruxtecan for patients with HER2-low breast cancer to determine the current and potential utility of this therapeutic approach.
    • Recognize the spectrum, frequency and severity of treatment-emergent adverse events associated with trastuzumab deruxtecan, and develop strategies to monitor for, prevent and manage these complications.
    • Recall the design of ongoing clinical trials evaluating novel agents and strategies for HER2-low breast cancer, and counsel patients about availability and participation.
