We encourage registrants to submit challenging cases or questions for our faculty to address during each of these webcast events. With the amazing advances in technology today, we are now able to invite registrants to submit prerecorded video messages of their cases or questions for these events. A selection of cases and/or questions submitted will be reviewed and discussed with participating faculty during each webcast.

Below please find information regarding our Video Message Center (PrimeTime) powered by our webcast provider. In order to use this application, your computer or laptop must be equipped with the following hardware and software:

  • USB webcam or built-in webcam with built-in microphone (ensure your audio volume is unmuted)
  • High-speed Internet connection
  • Adobe Flash 10 or higher (If you do not have Adobe Flash Player 10 or a later version, you may download it for free here.)

STEP 1: Log in using the generic username and password (case sensitive):
Username: question
Password: question

STEP 2: Once you log in you will be directed to the video recording page. Please click “Allow” when prompted to allow the detection of your webcam.

STEP 3: To start recording, please click the “Record” button. You must hit “Stop” to end your recording. You will also have the option to re-recorded or add to your video recording before you upload the version you would like to use.

STEP 4: Below the video box where it says "Title," enter your name, city and state. Under "Description" you may type additional information about your case or question or just type in "None." These are required fields. You may elect to indicate "NA" for both.

STEP 5: When ready, click “Upload” to submit your video message.

Your video will be available for viewing by all registered users of this system.

Please note, we ask that all video submissions be 60 seconds or less in length.
